Özcan has spent more than thirty years moving travellers across borders: incoming destination manager in İstanbul and Bodrum, product manager in Berlin, deputy general manager of a German tour operator, CEO of an airline and managing director of travel-technology companies in Hamburg. He built handling systems for hundreds of thousands of guests before building this one. At Fairtreat he owns everything around the treatment: flights, transfers, hotels, coordinators and a schedule that holds. He works in German, Turkish and English.

Çoskan has worked in the pharmaceutical and medical-device sector since 2006, in regional management and field sales, with a network of hospitals, specialists and distributors across İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Antalya and beyond. He knows how clinics, doctors and medical products really work together in Türkiye, not how a brochure describes it. At Fairtreat he owns the medical side: which hospital, which surgeon, which plan, and whether a case should travel at all.
