Is Fairtreat licensed?
Yes. We are an A-group travel agency registered with TÜRSAB and hold the International Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate of the Turkish Ministry of Health. Both numbers are shown at the bottom of every page and can be checked with TÜRSAB and the Ministry.
Are the prices on this site final?
They are indicative from-prices, always at least 20% below the lowest typical private price. After a free medical review you receive a written fixed quote. It only changes if your treatment plan changes, and never without your agreement.
Why are treatments in Türkiye so much cheaper?
Lower operating and staff costs, many experienced specialists and a favourable exchange rate for patients who pay in euro. Accredited hospitals work to international standards.
What is included in the handling?
Medical pre-review, hospital and surgeon matching, a fixed quote, airport transfers, a coordinator who speaks your language, document translation and follow-up after you return home. Flights and hotels can be arranged on request.
How and when do I pay?
Payment terms are set out in your written quote before you book. You never pay anything on arrival that was not agreed in writing.
Is Fairtreat a hospital?
No. Fairtreat is a medical handling agency. All treatment is carried out by licensed partner hospitals and physicians. We coordinate, translate, organise and look after you.
What if I have a problem after I return home?
Your coordinator remains your contact after treatment. We arrange remote follow-up with your surgeon and, if needed, work with your doctor at home using translated reports.
